We are pleased to say that Gisborough Priory Project was selected for the Mayor’s Community Award 2025.
Councillor Julie Hart nominated us, the citation read:
The Priory and grounds are the jewel in Guisborough’s crown and are relentlessly kept beautiful by the volunteers who work through rain, hail and snow to ensure we attract visitors to our town.
This much needed visitor attraction helps our local economy and supports local employment for our community.

It’s always good to see our work being acknowledged in such a whole hearted manner and we are pleased by the recognition.
